Shipping Options

• Sea freight. Best for orders above 3 CBM. Transit 25–45 days depending on destination port.
• Air freight. Best for urgent orders 50–300 kg. Transit 5–10 days.
• Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Best for samples and small orders 1–100 kg. Transit 3–7 days door-to-door.

Trade Terms (Incoterms 2020)

• EXW / FOB Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou / Ningbo). Buyer arranges freight.
• CIF to buyer's destination port. We arrange sea freight and insurance.
• DAP to buyer's warehouse. We arrange freight and customs paperwork at origin.
• DDP door-to-door with import duty prepaid. Available for US, UK, EU, AU, JP on RFQ.

Carton Packing Standard

• Rigid magnetic gift boxes: individual polybag → paperboard divider → 5-layer corrugated master carton (typically 20–40 SETS per carton depending on size)
• Folding cartons / mailer boxes: flat-packed in bundles of 50 or 100 → master carton
• Stand-up pouches / coffee bags with valve: 100–500 PCS per polybag → 5-layer master carton
• Paper bags: bundled in 25 or 50 → master carton
• Labels & stickers: rolls or sheets → cushioned master carton
• Pharma / medical cartons: individual sleeve → tamper-evident master carton with lot/batch label

Master Carton Marking

• Buyer PO number, SKU, quantity, gross/net weight, dimensions
• Country of origin
• Fragile / this-way-up marks for magnetic boxes
• Custom shipping marks per buyer instruction

Pre-Shipment Inspection

We support buyer-appointed third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek, TÜV) at origin. In-house pre-shipment photo and video audit is included in every order.
