MOQ Policy: 500 PCS Standard
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 PCS per SKU across all custom packaging categories. Some SKUs allow smaller trial runs and some categories require higher MOQ due to production tooling — details below.

Why 500 PCS Is Our Standard Minimum
Custom packaging requires a die-cut mould, print plate setup, foil block preparation and Pantone ink mixing. Below 500 PCS the per-unit cost becomes uncompetitive and the tooling amortization outweighs the material saving. 500 PCS is the sweet spot that balances tooling amortization, buyer trial cost and factory profitability.
Small Trial Runs
For qualified brand-owner buyers, we can offer a 300 PCS trial run on selected SKUs (folding cartons, mailer boxes, stand-up pouches). Trial pricing per unit is higher than 500 PCS. Please state trial run request in your RFQ.
Sample Options Before MOQ
- Paid pre-production sample: 1–3 units (see Sample Process)
- Existing catalog sample: free on request for reference material and finishing (buyer pays shipping)
- Digital 3D mockup: free for artwork sign-off

No. Rigid magnetic gift boxes and gift box sets are 500 SETS; pharma / medical serialized cartons and custom labels are 1,000 PCS; cosmetic boxes with multiple foil zones may rise to 1,000 PCS; rope-handle paper bags are available above 1,000 PCS.
